Sergeant Frank Gleason began his law enforcement career in 1992 as a Deputy Sheriff of the Acadia Parish Sheriff's office where he worked as a member of the I-10 narcotics interdiction unit.
He moved to Ohio in 1996 and continued his law enforcement career graduating from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy EHOVE in May of 1997. After working for the Milan Police Department he was hired by Monroeville in 1998 and later promoted to Sergeant in May 2006.
Sgt. Gleason's duties include the D.A.R.E. program, SRO, Safety Town, and Hooked on Fishing not on drugs program along with other community based programs. He is a certified firearms instructor and a member of the Huron County Sheriff's Office (SRT) Special Response Team.
